NZ ROAD CODE TUTORIALS

Bi-monthly tutorials teach the NZ Road Code to students seeking their driver's licences. Our staff of driving instructors and community mentors deliver these tutorials in a classroom format or as one-on-one sessions.

At PCDS, we dedicate our time and resources to increasing the number of confident and competent new Kiwi drivers.

Driving is a habit and a responsibility that extends beyond following the law and road rules. We are here to create a supportive environment in driver training, enriched by our team’s experience, knowledge and kindness. 

What more, we allocate $5 of every $60 paid to our monthly revolving fund to support our urgent cases and experiencing extreme challenges.

Hazard Identification

Our qualified and highly-recommended driving instructors and mentors deliver the NZTA-approved modules with clarity and compassion. You may request a female instructor if that is your preference. We are also able to match students with instructors fluent in a range of languages. Such as Filipino, Hindi, Urdu, Samoan, Burmese, Mandarin & Cantonese.

Our pool of community driving mentors and support persons are here to assist you in languages that include Arabic, Bengali, Farsi, Amharic, and Pashto. We are always seeking new ethnic volunteers to recruit and train as driving mentors and, in time, qualified driving instructors.

Our company joins with many government agencies, community organisations, local boards, funders, and individuals to provide our community with additional services. These services are open to everyone at no cost or a discounted rate as much as possible.
